VeriDoc HR is a verification solution designed to track employees’ working hours and eliminate timesheet fraud. Due to an increased number of employees working from home, the solution can now be applied to a remote-based workforce as well as traditional businesses.
Businesses incur huge costs every year due to timesheet and attendance fraud. There are many ways that this occurs, for instance employees signing in other employees, ghost workers and altered time sheets. These are some of the ways that businesses lose money to time sheet fraud. Until now there has not been a suitable solution to combat this problem in real-time.
VERIDOC HR MOBILE APP
VeriDoc HR’s mobile app allows employees to clock-in/out from work by simply scanning a QR code. Times and locations are stamped on the blockchain to provide trusted timesheet records. Employees use their mobile device with two-factor authentication (2FA) to clock in and clock out so that others can’t clock in on their behalf. Time and location stamps on the blockchain are permanent, providing a trustworthy audit trail if timesheet records need to be inspected.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
VeriDoc HR software is a fool-proof verification solution that is designed for tracking the working hours of the employees and eventually eliminating timesheet frauds. The automatic employee clock-ins & clock-outs usually means that the employees do not have the requirement for filling out any timesheet again.
Login of the employee
By utilizing the mobile application, one can enter their email address & password for logging in.
Employee Check-Out
To clock-out, the employees need to press “Clock Out” button and then scan the QR code of their employer again when they finish work.
Employee Check-In
To check-in, one needs to press the “Clock In” button and scan the QR code of their employer with the inbuilt QR code reader when they start working.
Records of timesheet
An employee can be able to view his complete timesheet history just by the selection of “My Timesheet” and then opting to select “This Month” / “Previous Months” options present in the footer.

Using this mobile application, the admin needs to enter his email address & password for accessing the Dashboard for Admin.
Creating a New Employee
This helps the admin in creating profiles for new employees quickly. The new employees would receive an invitation over an email and they would receive the application download link of VeriDoc HR. This can be downloaded on their Smartphone for free.
View Check-In / Out Anytime
The employers/admins can track all of the timesheets of their employees and also the total hours worked by every employee.
Managing Employees
The admin can manage all employees from a single screen. From this screen, the admin can access the employees’ history of work.
Managing Timesheets

Employees simply download the VeriDoc HR mobile app from the play store/app store. The next step is to login into the app with the username provided by the employer and then link their device using One Time Password (OTP). Once this has been done, they are ready to start clocking-in/out.

An employee opens the VeriDoc HR App, scans the unique QR code and selects Clock me in.
CLOCK-OUT
An employee opens the VeriDoc HR App, scans the unique QR code and selects Clock me out.
